The CTBUH lists a project manager when a specific firm has been commissioned to oversee this aspect of a tall building’s design/construction. When the project management efforts are handled by the developer, main contract, or architect, this field will be omitted.
The main contractor is the supervisory contractor of all construction work on a project, management of sub-contractors and vendors, etc. May be referred to as "Construction Manager," however, for consistency CTBUH uses the term "Main Contractor" exclusively.

Beginning as an architectural design competition, 1 Parramatta Square was the first phase of a new master plan for a pedestrianized center of Parramatta. The building is marriage of a six story office tower and an eight level campus building serving as the new flagship location for the University of Western Sydney. A large centralized atrium offers the students an opportunity to move between the floors, creating a vertical campus, while ground floor retail activates the base of the building and ties it into an entirely new promenade running through the block and visually aligned to nearby St. John’s Cathedral. The building is well suited to take advantage of Parramatta’s intermodal transportation network and received a 5 Star Green Star rating from the Green Building Council of Australia.
