The CTBUH lists a project manager when a specific firm has been commissioned to oversee this aspect of a tall building’s design/construction. When the project management efforts are handled by the developer, main contract, or architect, this field will be omitted.
The main contractor is the supervisory contractor of all construction work on a project, management of sub-contractors and vendors, etc. May be referred to as "Construction Manager," however, for consistency CTBUH uses the term "Main Contractor" exclusively.

Open Air, Sun and a Glass of Wine - Mediterranean Lifestyle in High-Rise Residential Buildings
Nirit Rosenstein, Africa Israel Investments Ltd.
This paper suggests a look into the local interpretation of dense vertical urbanism in Mediterranean cities through a whirlwind overview of high-rise residential development in...
A five-story office and retail base is integrated within the surrounding context while a glass residential tower rises above. The low-rise office section features layered glass that creates the look of an opaque white cube from the outside. The roof of the low-rise office section supports a large roof garden. With a column-free plan and fully glazed façade, the tower provides maximum flexibility for the interior organization. The symmetrical central core enables the design of four apartments per floor to be easily modified by the tenants as desired. The tower also features some double height floors with sea facing windows over seven meters (23 feet) high.
The glass façade is protected from the intense Middle Eastern climate by both internal louvers and external beams which allow the tower to be livable and moderate in its use of energy. The external beams incorporate the large cantilevered terraces that add large shaded areas on the façade. The beams allow for greater tenant use of the balconies as they shelter these areas from the accelerated wind near the tower.
