Usually involved in the front end design, with a "typical" condition being that of a leadership role through either Schematic Design or Design Development, and then a monitoring role through the CD and CA phases.

The AED160 million ($43.6 million) project comprises a 150-meter-high, 93-meter-wide structure, built to resemble a huge picture frame, through which landmarks representing modern Dubai, such as Emirates Towers and Burj Khalifa, can be seen on one side. From the other side, visitors can view older parts of the city such as Deira, Umm Harare and Karama. The location of the giant rectangular frame is in Zabeel Park; it was carefully chosen to give visitors the best view of both old and new Dubai. Its exterior design was inspired by the Expo 2020 logo.
Most spectacularly, its two towers are connected by a 100-meter-long bridge, which has a 25-square-meter glass panel in the middle offering a great 360-degree view.
