The CTBUH lists a project manager when a specific firm has been commissioned to oversee this aspect of a tall building’s design/construction. When the project management efforts are handled by the developer, main contract, or architect, this field will be omitted.
The main contractor is the supervisory contractor of all construction work on a project, management of sub-contractors and vendors, etc. May be referred to as "Construction Manager," however, for consistency CTBUH uses the term "Main Contractor" exclusively.
The Faire residential tower rises in one of the most coveted areas of greater Tel Aviv, where it overlooks the park of the Yarkon River. The evolving city of Ramat Gan bordersTel Aviv from the east, and in recent years has been buzzing with cultural and art centers, sport events, community and shopping centers.
In order to meet the required number of residential units, double-height loft apartments were designed with tall curtain walls in the center of the building, surrounded by spacious sun balconies that lend the Tower its unique airy appearance. A system of horizontal beams, combined with vertical columns topped by an impressive upper beam, contribute to the building's distinct slim silhouette, which at the same time emits a sense of robust stability. The finish materials of the Tower stand out from the crowd, thanks to combination of curtain walls and concrete construction, synthesizing the typical finish of office buildings (curtain walls) and typical residential finish (stone).
