Usually involved in the front end design, with a "typical" condition being that of a leadership role through either Schematic Design or Design Development, and then a monitoring role through the CD and CA phases.
Usually takes on the balance of the architectural effort not executed by the "Design Architect," typically responsible for the construction documents, conforming to local codes, etc. May often be referred to as "Executive," "Associate," or "Local" Architect, however, for consistency CTBUH uses the term "Architect of Record" exclusively.
Other Consultant refers to other organizations which provided significant consultation services for a building project (e.g. wind consultants, environmental consultants, fire and life safety consultants, etc).

The CTBUH lists a project manager when a specific firm has been commissioned to oversee this aspect of a tall building’s design/construction. When the project management efforts are handled by the developer, main contract, or architect, this field will be omitted.
The main contractor is the supervisory contractor of all construction work on a project, management of sub-contractors and vendors, etc. May be referred to as "Construction Manager," however, for consistency CTBUH uses the term "Main Contractor" exclusively.

Located in the heart of Toronto’s media and entertainment district, the building occupies a full, previously under-utilized urban block combining a five-story podium building (called the TIFF Bell Lightbox) with a 42-story tower. The base and tower formally relate in the geometry and proportion of the volumes, and common materials. The scale of the project reflects the significance of the annual Toronto International Film Festival and its economic impact of $170 million on the city. The hybrid program of residential tower, restaurants, film center and retail spaces is designed to create a vibrant, community-focused environment inside and out.
The building design maximizes day lighting within the office loft spaces on the fourth and fifth floors, as well as introduces day lighting to a central atrium and the lobby spaces. The building envelope employs a high performance unitized curtain wall system and uses fritted glass balcony guards that provide solar shading for most of the elevations. The occupiable podium roof, with a grand stair, creates an outdoor terrace for events as well as public open space.
