The Forfar building in East Kowloon aims to set a new standard in modern luxury living. The design emphasizes two elements: the contrast of stepping volumes, and a solid ribbon which wraps the building, connecting each volume and creating a unified whole. This strategy symbolizes the continuity of modern living.
The vertical volumes of the tower are varied in order to create unique plan layouts and views for each of the units. Each floor has two residences, with one duplex and one triplex unit at the top, serving as the penthouse units with swimming pools that offer views of Victoria Harbor.
The building also includes a variety of amenities for its residents, including: a gym, clubhouse, children’s play area, private parking, and a multi-use space. Above the parking garage podium on the seventh level, a large planted sky garden terrace offers views of the neighboring buildings and out to the city.
