The building is designed as a clean rectilinear form to create a coherent marker for the termination of the dock. A triple glazed façade provides a continuous skin behind which apartments enjoy private winter gardens, as well as three floors of shared amenity space including a landscaped roof garden, gymnasium, lounge dining rooms, cinemas, and children’s play areas as well as a striking amenity pavilion, providing a public café with indoor and outdoor play space for families at ground level and on its roof, which rises from ground level on an inclined plane to provide a ‘pocket park’ overlooking the adjacent dock.
