The CTBUH lists a project manager when a specific firm has been commissioned to oversee this aspect of a tall building’s design/construction. When the project management efforts are handled by the developer, main contract, or architect, this field will be omitted.
The main contractor is the supervisory contractor of all construction work on a project, management of sub-contractors and vendors, etc. May be referred to as "Construction Manager," however, for consistency CTBUH uses the term "Main Contractor" exclusively.
Park Ventures is a mixed-use complex that rises from a park-like base creating an oasis within the center of Bangkok’s central business district, where 25 percent of the original site area is given over to usable landscaped green space. The form is inspired by local cultural symbols, incorporating typical Thai motifs based on the form of the Water Lotus Bud and traditionally recognized Thai architectural features such as the Thai roof gable. These forms are echoed both at the street level entrance and at elevated height adorning the iconic Sky Lounge, as well as the sculptural roof that crowns the tower.
A distinct feature of the tower are the amenity spaces that serve the hotel which are cantilevered out from the building. A Sky Lounge at the 23rd floor hotel lobby protrudes from the building’s west elevation, while a large outdoor pool deck cantilevers out from the 24th floor on the building’s north elevation.
