Other Consultant refers to other organizations which provided significant consultation services for a building project (e.g. wind consultants, environmental consultants, fire and life safety consultants, etc).
The largest hotel to be constructed in Sydney in 20 years, the Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour is located on a prominent waterfront site and adjacent to the Darling Harbour International Convention Centre. The project was constructed as part of the continuing transformation of an industrial waterfront into what has become one of Sydney’s key entertainment and tourist districts. Upon completion, Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour became the tallest building on the west side of Darling Harbour and features a glass curtain wall façade with integrated architectural LED lighting affixed to vertical shading fins on the building’s exterior.
