The CTBUH lists a project manager when a specific firm has been commissioned to oversee this aspect of a tall building’s design/construction. When the project management efforts are handled by the developer, main contract, or architect, this field will be omitted.
The main contractor is the supervisory contractor of all construction work on a project, management of sub-contractors and vendors, etc. May be referred to as "Construction Manager," however, for consistency CTBUH uses the term "Main Contractor" exclusively.

Solaria gives its residents an exclusive view, from the spires of the Duomo to the Alps. The building’s external architecture is composed of three separate wings that meet in a central core, from which natural light radiates out into every floor. Large, transparent, light-filled volumes and windows up to seven meters tall are emphasized by furnishings created expressly for this building. The elegance of the main lobby is a contemporary reinterpretation of the prestige of classical residential architecture.
Solaria is strategically located in the new district of Milan. It has been carefully designed to meet residents’ demands for privacy while, at the same time, providing them with the convenient links to the urban fabric that they need. There are three metro lines within walking distance. Moreover, Solaria overlooks the Giardini di Porta Nuova park to the north, and to the south, a courtyard garden of 4,000 square meters, linked to Piazza della Repubblica by a pedestrian path.
