The CTBUH lists a project manager when a specific firm has been commissioned to oversee this aspect of a tall building’s design/construction. When the project management efforts are handled by the developer, main contract, or architect, this field will be omitted.
The main contractor is the supervisory contractor of all construction work on a project, management of sub-contractors and vendors, etc. May be referred to as "Construction Manager," however, for consistency CTBUH uses the term "Main Contractor" exclusively.

The urban condition reinforces the street wall pedestrian edge defined in Central Park 1 by constructing a low-rise retail and commercial street wall fabric wrapping the site boundary. The towers are set back into the site, respecting the pedestrian environment along the park edge. The towers’ design challenges the consistent, vertically extruded form of towers typical to Korean residential construction by creating a south-facing, shifting glass volume in front of a north-facing cast-stone-and-aluminum-volume. Unique residences are located in the shifting glass form, whose glazing panels are reinforced and shaded by a diagrid of aluminum fins.
The concept was executed by analyzing the means to create identical units across all varying tower heights, shifts, and elevations. In order to do this, the columns of the building needed to follow the form, meaning that the degree of lean in the columns and resulting façade diagrid were generated by the maximum force allowable within the two main post-tensioned floors of the building.
