As the world population continues to grow exponentially, it is anticipated that development of suburban properties will become less popular as it stretches our natural...
The Sail @ Marina Bay takes its inspiration from the wind, water and sun. The design resembles a sculpture created by the hands of nature, with two soaring towers—split as if by water—at a sculpted base. The mixed-use building will launch the central business district’s transition to a “Live/Work/Play” philosophy by providing apartment units, restaurants, health clubs, recreation decks with pools and tennis courts, and parking.
This tower is poised to become a new destination within the rich and diverse fabric of Singapore, while setting a benchmark for the future buildings along Marina Bay. Over 65% of the apartments have panoramic views of the Marina Bay and the central city’s cultural, entertainment, and retail areas. The five “6-star” penthouses are the highest elevation for any residence in Singapore, with breathtaking views of the sea and islands beyond. Many units feature “borrowed light” bedrooms in which sliding glass doors separate the bedroom from the main space while still allowing light into the bedroom area. The project includes amenities such as a hotel-style concierge service, a spa, and an executive club lounge with dining facilities.
