The CTBUH lists a project manager when a specific firm has been commissioned to oversee this aspect of a tall building’s design/construction. When the project management efforts are handled by the developer, main contract, or architect, this field will be omitted.
The main contractor is the supervisory contractor of all construction work on a project, management of sub-contractors and vendors, etc. May be referred to as "Construction Manager," however, for consistency CTBUH uses the term "Main Contractor" exclusively.

The Coal Harbour area of Vancouver has been revamped over the last decade to provide a luxury residential precinct to downtown. The site for Three Harbour Green, the final tower development in the area, is situated on the border between the developed residential neighborhood and the long-standing business district, creating an interesting edge condition.
To address its siting, the massing of the building was toned-down on its eastern façade, playing to the sobriety of the neighboring office towers, while being activated on its western façade with accessible terraces and gardens to respond to the activity of the other residences nearby. The result is a cascading form which connects to public spaces such as Stanley Park, and provides an appropriate entrance to the differing types of residences within the building: townhouses, apartments, and penthouse units. A variety of amenities is provided within the unique geometry of the podium as well.
