Watermark Chaophraya, located on Charoennakorn Road, is built overlooking the natural curvature created along the Chao Phraya River. The Watermark is a high end residential condominium, comprising a 51-story tower and an adjacent 27-story tower, delivering a total of 480 apartments. The multilayer of colors and vertical elements, mixed with balconies and spandrels, creates an interesting variety of textures to the overall façade of the building. The taller tower addresses the river with its scalloped lantern roof while the smaller block has a butterfly top.
The layout of each apartment is based on the concept of sophisticated “aqua” living, ensuring every unit takes in a 180-degree panoramic view of the Chao Phraya River. The development includes recreational facilities at ground level; a “by the river” infinity-edge swimming pool, a spa and massage salon set amongst the lush landscaped gardens, tennis and multi-sport courts, and a children’s playground and jogging track. At the podium level there is also a club house with a lap pool and a large lagoon pool facility.
