OLYMPIQUE Facade Access Consulting is a privately-held company, established in 1989 and a current leader in the design and implementation of Exterior Building Maintenance and Facade Access equipment. Founder, David Ortiz brings over 30 years of experience working in all phases of a building’s life cycle, including design development, construction, preventative maintenance and rehabilitation.
Professional Services are offered through their New Construction and Existing Building Modernization specialty divisions where their clients can be assured to receive trusted, independent and compliant EBM and Facade Access designs. For completed projects' ongoing Inspection, Testing and Maintenance requirements, their professional team will ensure that year after year their clients' systems keeps working as designed.
