The Shui On Group, founded in 1971 by its chairman Mr. Vincent H. S. In 1997 the construction and construction materials businesses were grouped under SOCAM Development Limited (SOCAM) (HKSE: 983) which was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in February of the same year. Today, SOCAM is principally engaged in property, construction and cement investment.
